Une loi peu connue mais que j'apprécie beaucoup est que l'évasion d'une prison est légale en Belgique. Un prisonnier qui s'évade n'encourt pas un alourdissement de sa peine s'il est repris (sauf si des violences ont été commises durant l'évasion). La raison est que le législateur belge considère que le désir de liberté est un sentiment humain irrepressible.
